Shipping Policy

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Shipping

We deliver our orders within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase.

At the same time, an informed e-mail will be sent to your e-mail once the parcel is shipped. 

Checking On The Status Of Your Order

You can check the status of your order at any time by using the Tracking details sent to you by email. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated.

 

Shipping Time

In most cases, It would take 7 to 20 natural days for the parcel to arrive to most countries or your location. The shipping time varies based on multiple factors, ie: the destination country, custom, weather and so on. In case of shipment delays, we will try our best to communicate with shipping couriers to speed up the process. 

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.Thank you for your understanding for any potential inconvenience!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability

 

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at customer@nicemary.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
