Shipping Policy

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. The shipping tracking code will come in 3-5 days after order confirmed.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.


Delivery methods

We provide two delivery methods:

  • Fast express shipping

Fast express shipping we normally ship with UPS/DHL/etc. Sometimes our shipping agency’s UPS/DHL/etc can not reach your place or restricted for some reason,we will use other available delivery methods instead.


Shipping time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.After processing, we will deliver the goods as soon as possible.At the same time, an informed e-mail will be sent to your e-mail once the parcel is shipped.

Standard shipping delivery time is about 10-20 working days, most areas only need 10 working days to arrive.In case of special circumstances, the delivery time may be delayed to about 25 days, but this is a rare case.

Fast express shopping delivery time is about 5-10 working days.

The shipping time varies based on multiple factors, ie: the destination country, custom, weather and so on. In case of shipment delays, we will try our best to communicate with shipping couriers to speed up the process.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.Thank you for your understanding for any potential inconvenience!



You don’t need expense for deliver if you choose Free standard shipping. If you choose Fast express shipping, you need to pay extra fees, you will see the specific fees on the checkout page.

There are no import duties for USA orders. For international orders to some countries such as EU or other countries with  import duty thresholds, these orders are maybe subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT).  We will choose transportation partners that avoid tax fee, but this is not certain.If there is a tax fee,these fees will be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees and for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination.


Checking On The Status Of Your Order

Shipment tracking number will be sent after about 3-4 days by email.You can check the status of your order at any time by using the Tracking details sent to you by email.But you need to wait about 2-3 days for tracking info update (On the way forwarding package, pass customs check).

Other Important Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability


I Have Entered An Incorrect Address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at [email protected] or contact our customer service on the website. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
